works in mix media strongly influences by my africaness.  colour is never my enemy performance poet and writer I act too, storyteller to all generations works  in schools and institutions at events and private parties. In 2003 yaw formed his own label ‘Yaw’s House Project’: 2003, a platform for creative artistic ideas and a label for his play ’Me Marley and I’.  Yaw is currently Working on two plays “What Black Women Want” and “In Praise Of Glorious Woman”.  He has also published a recipe book “How To Cook An African” and has produced a Musical called “Punzi” in collaboration with Guy Jones (A Word in Edgeways) (a hip-hop influenced opera)

Yaw is a Freelance story teller, writer and poet.  He Visits  schools in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire  Northamptonshire and various London boroughs areas holding story telling sessions and workshops in poetry and African culture, he visits schools (Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils) with his book “The Adventures of Choo Choo Caterpillar” (co-illustrated with Allan Davies artist and partner with “A Word in Edgeways).”

He is the owner, manager and head chef of an African and Caribbean Catering Business ‘The Soulfood Experience’ which brings quality food and artistic performances together.
